In reality to does not matter what happened, this was posted and gives all the look of impropriety. You can bet the juror probably did talk to family and made a statement of some sort and violated the orders. This is why this jury from day should have been sequestered. If the Judge does nothing then the Appellate Court will have to overturn unless they just don;t care about the optics of this.

It's not that they just don't care....they DO care. This is the intended outcome, and they plan to keep it that way.
The only realistic chance this travesty of "justice" is overturned, is for the SCOTUS to do so...and soon.
There are orders of magnitude of rot out there in our country, and it's accelerating by the day.
More than enough to clean up for many years to come.
