Why not also repudiate or rescind the NY DAs use of federal law to bring the case in NY against Trump. The NY DA had no authority and the case should be called illegal and invalid. Federal laws are created by congress and not the states, and the states are not authorized to uphold federal law.
I think this would automatically exonerate/free Navarro, too.

I watched nonstop five hours of the live coverage of all the people peacefully assembling outside., some waiting for guards to open the door yo this public building. After s long wait thr guards did open the doors and direct people to file in an orderly manner. The Biden administration’s incarcerating people on bogus charges and keeping them prisoner ranks as the the biggest stain ever on the Democrat Party and those administering the US judicial system.
