According to a law professor, Trump is not officially convicted until the Judge issues the final finding. In this case, Juan is expected to do that at sentencing. So this article may be a bit premature.

Even then, if it’s in his Florida home, Melania or his son can own it. It’s no longer his.
There is zero federal requirement that nobody else in the family can own a gun, even the same one owned by the “felon”.
And in Florida, the transfer process is “here, it’s yours”.

If he goes to the range shooting it, then maybe. But this is going nowhere.

Wasn't it a bit premature for them to suspend his concealed carry license before he was even convicted of 34 misdemeanors that Bragg arbitrarily raised to felonies?
