Meaning, if the “community of Chicago Street Punks” could walk by a light post in downtown Chicago (for several days) and see a couple of their buddies hanging, like the picture of Mussolini and his wife, there is no doubt in my mind that the message of that scene would reduce and or virtually eliminate crimes like the one that is the subject of this article.
