Isn’t Europe pretty much at war with Russia already?

I think Moscow has their hands full in Ukraine.

The primary reason they have been holding back in Ukraine is to avoid any potential conflicts with NATO or NATO intervention.

The thought that Russia would try to start a war in Europe is kind of crazy.

China, on the other hand....

Another inch to admitting that this is going to be another world war.

Russia would nuke NATO HQ in Belgium before the US troops could get on the planes.

Also EU HQ.

They are both right there together.

Small, densely populated countries, he said.

Good idea to listen to him. He does not make idle threats.

How would this troop deployment help the US?

It’s all just so profoundly absurd.

Spend some time on Youtube. Look at some vids about life in Russia. Turn the sound off if you think it is propaganda. Look behind the things being shown. You’ll see people walking around doing normal activities of life. Driving their cars here and there. Watching big screen TVs. The funniest part of this is the guys out in the woods spending the night in snow covered cabins, hunting youtube viewcounts just like Canadians do with their snowy cabins (dog req’d and cooking a meal on a woodstove, all done by the Russian vloggers, usually with no voice at all). Then after you watch that vid, realize that was a military aged male, all of whom were alleged to flee the country.

The point is . . . what is it that Europe has that they don’t have? Muslim refugees raping and killing? Why would Russia want that? Land? Have you looked at a map? Oil? You do realize Norway is the only Euro source of oil? Gas, essentially ditto. Food? Scroll through the vids for a look at grocery stores.

You imagine some super duper tech exists that Russia thinks it can only get from . . . who in Europe? The tech comes from China. AI chips? Go have a look at what products of every day life needs them. Cars don’t. Weapons don’t. TVs don’t. Clearly Russia’s space program doesn’t either since they were America’s only way onto the ISS once the Shuttle shut down and only recently has any sort of alternative appeared. So that was 10 years of begging hat in hand for a ride up from Baikonur. And somehow while standing there with hat in hand one imagines oneself to have superior tech.

Pretty much like every joint US-foreign country military exercise for decades. This is hysterical BS.

Biden will destroy whatever he touches.

Biden re-started the Putin pipeline, which later, with Biden’s approval, was bombed and created the largest man made release of greenhouse gases in the history of the earth.

NATO and our military have plans for every conceivable contingency.

If they didn’t have plans that would be a problem.

This scenario has been war gamed by think tanks both of which were left and right. The conclusion of both is that the side that is losing will resort to tactical nukes and the winning side will then also use tactical which will then escalate to total intercontinental nuclear warfare and no winners except China that stays out of the war. Russia has far more tactical nukes than NATO. It is beloved 17 times more. NATO would run out of tactical nukes first and then be confronted with the problem of using our intercontinental military and city destroyers or lose. France and Britain also have Nukes of great power but limited in numbers but enough to make Russia a non functioning society. If faced with defeat they might decide, “what the hell, take the bastards out.” The USA would then be attacked by Russia and we would respond. Everyone will be decimated.

From “The Hunt for Red October” “This business will get out of control.” https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YZuMe5RvxPQ

You have done a great job as President Joe Biden. /S You have brought about war in the Middle East and the Ukraine, devastated our economy, allowed an invasion of illegal aliens by design, weaponized our judiciary and federal law enforcement, promoted racial division and violence, and your lies about all are of epic proportions.

We need Trump!

Of course NATO is planning to use US troops for the initial rapid deployment. There aren’t many nations with significant troops, and most of them aren’t deployable in a hurry.

The British Army, for example, has a total manpower of 80,000. They might be able to put 20,000 in Ukraine, but they’d have a hard time getting more than 3-5000 in a hurry.

The French Army numbers around 118,000. The German around 63,000.

The US Army has 450,000 active duty personnel. And the US, and only the US, has the logistic capacity to move any significant number and support them once they arrive.

I wish more readers understood that it isn’t news to have a contingency plan. It doesn’t mean it is “THE” plan. We have contingency plans for all sorts of things that will never be used or happen. It is the job of the military to have contingency plans for all kinds of unlikely scenerios

NATO/MSM continues to posture like they are about to ‘go git ‘em’ but this is just regular contingency plans they have in place. Lots of ‘noise’ as if NATO is in a power position, but it’s losing the proxy war with Russia.

They can go to hell, I say lets reinforce North America first. Let those bug eating bastards fed for themselves . Expel every Chinese national in our country and deport everyone that’s not a citizen. Let the world burn around us. They brought this on with their dance with the devil. Now the Devil is cashing in his/her chips. Start praying hard every day for Jesus to forgive us. This is the only way we get thru this.

The US has no business sending troops to fight against Russia. It is a European problem, let them resolve it.
