Now 64 and not slowing down, except for some excess fat. Not even remotely ready for retirement, don't feel old, but notice that many people my age look old and dying. Maybe genetics.

Biggest observation, divorced three years ago, I've noted women my age and they remind me of my parents, not my peers. Definitely understand and increasingly appreciate why men find younger women.

ME to a “T.” I’m 67 still working a somewhat physical + mental job, and playing music on the weekends as the drummer. I am STUNNED how old people my age are. I’m regularly confused with 40-ish year olds. I serve some retirement communities and some of these ladies look like my mom’s age, and they’re often WELL younger than me.

I”m still married, happily, amazingly, joyfully, passionately, to Marie Antoinette after all these years, and she’s almost 10 years my junior, which is just right. And she’s STUNNING. Still the hottest babe in the room almost everywhere we go.

If I WERE in the dating game, I’d be yet another older guy looking at younger women. In fact my best friend, in our band, is female, and less than half my age, but an older soul, I guess. She is WAY advanced for her years. We’re such good friends, it’s like having a second wife. I’d have to meet someone like her if I were dating. But that’s like finding a unicorn.

I've noticed old men are so attractive. /NOT. You think men your age (including yourself) are still attractive? Looks is a great excuse for old men to go foolishly chasing after young women? There's only one reason why a pretty young female would be with an ugly, wrinkled old man, and it isn't because she finds him good looking.

Maybe those "unattractive" , "old", gals you think are old hags now are perfectly happy with the way they are. Tired of the mating game, they are living the life THEY want to live now.

Did you ever think that that the 63 y/o man who looks years beyond his age maybe worked 2 jobs for 30 years to put food on the table for his family and raised 5 God and American-loving children? Maybe the 65 y/o woman who doesn't quite meet your acceptable "looks" standards worked 12 hour shifts as a nurse, on her feet all day, seeing people suffer and hurting day after day for 40 years. Maybe they are tired. Maybe they earned the right to not look their best when you see them.

Definitely understand and increasingly appreciate why men find younger women.

I'm 14 years younger than my husband and he calls me his child bride and forever young. His friends routinely say they don't want women their own age because they just look, well, old.
