Except in this case, all the facts were established during the civil trials before this show trial, that this was all on Cohen, who lied about it, was convicted, disbarred, and kept on lying.
Who cares about facts already established in court when the Democrats will burn down every legal protection to get Trump?
I don’t suggest that the actual crime is gone missing,just that Fat Albert & his little group are the likely suspects. Someone interested in honest justice needs to take a hard look at how he conducted this business.
A chain should work.
In order to resuscitate the expired statute of limitations on a misdemeanor, Bragg had to point to another crime it was covering up. The law appears to have been written so that it can be applied to a crime proven in another jurisdiction. However, Bragg claimed the DA didn’t have to prove, or even specify, the covered up crime - meaning that in this case the misdemeanor was elevated to a elony due to a mere accusation by innuendo.
The lack of police involvement doesn’t bother me much. The lack of specificity in the charges bothers me a lot.
