That doesn’t compute at all, what would cause that and how would it work?
I suspect there are indeed a bigger portion of the black vote that will support Trump. I’ll guess 18%. Doesn’t matter though. If the Rats actually have to spend money to “get the black vote “ or if they have to cater their message that’s ultimately a good thing. I saw an anti Trump ad in NY. If they are spending money there then that’s less money they have for GOTV. It’s not all bad that’s for sure. He’ll out perform all other GOP nominees or potential nominees.
That was assuming Republicans had to make big promises to get those Black voters. All Trump has to do is not say anything to offend African-Americans, and I doubt that would turn off White voters.

Meanwhile, this has been the course of action taken for 50 years & that moronic, asinine assumption has thrown away every single election since!
Question: why on earth would an increase of black voters electing conservatives(say 20% instead of the normal 10%) correlate to a decrease in support from white voters (say 55% instead of the normal 60%)? Built into that assumption is a belief that voter loyalties rarely change or that identity politics are unalterable.
Talk about a serious lack of initiative & imagination. It assumes that all black or brown voters need to be bought off to gain their votes & that white voters wouldn’welcome a larger share of the electorate if the new voters had darker pigmentation. 😳😱
