Of course its going to be overturned 🙄

My prediction is that the judge will likely try to actually send Trump to jail. The Trump attorneys will introduce a writ for emergency hearing to the SCOTUS. The SCOTUS will put the kibosh on the incarceration while they deliberate and then rule to overturn the conviction. I do not expect this to go through the appellate court.

SCROTUS will do nothing so as not to appear controversial or anything but neutral. They will go far far out of their way to appear independent still trying to preserve the institution, an institution that is becoming ever more meaningless.
