Mass casualty shootemups cost hospitals, cities, and states millions of dollars for police and medical services. Apparently it’s not a party anymore unless idiots spray bullets into any crowd of more than ten yutes.
Municipalities that care about their “minority” populations and “the children” should outlaw “block parties”, then strictly enforce the bans, to save lives and avoid wasting million$. Expecting civilized behavior from some people without force is not realistic.
