I took a quick peek at the area on google maps.

Low income housing, full of amish no doubt.

Scott Adam’s warning wasn’t just for white people. At some point, black people with brains and a desire for a long life will realize that he meant them too. A ‘block party’ in a black part of town is a place to be avoided.

But sometimes it’s hard to figure out. Cape Girardeau’s Central High School’s graduation ceremony was suspended when gunshots rang out where graduation was being held. And yes, it was them again. Black enrollment is 29%

Most discussion locally (at least in the paper) is why metal detector’s weren’t at the facility, which has gone 35 years without a shooting, rather than why the shooters did it.
