I think if Merchan orders Trump to jail or home arrest on July 11th for THIS there will be an election interference injunction request filed immediately to the Supreme Court.
Especially in light of “first offense” etc., that real first time convicted normally get.
The DNCMedia are trying to talk themselves into saying going to jail for this minor conviction is absolutely normal but of course they are full of Adam Schitt.
That’s as good a guess as any, the more I think about sentencing the less I am sure about what they will do.
Actually, politically, jail time would likely cost them so many votes that it would be counter-productive for the DNC.
Jail would likely win the game and lose the war for them. Problem is most of what the DNC does is emotional since logic usually escapes them. You never really know what they will do.
