We got an Instapot and an air fryer last year. (The slow cooker had gotten broken, so the Instapot was a replacement for that, in addition to planned use for its other functions.)
Instapot gets used once a month or so at most. Air fryer (less than $50 on sale at JCPenny) gets used almost daily, sometimes multiple times a day. If we had a convection oven, it would get a lot less use, so factor that in if applicable.

I have them.
-Pressure cooker for roasts ~45 mins. The pressure really helps infuse the marinade and seasoning.
-Air fryer for most everything.
-Convection oven for pizza, cake and lasagna.
-Toaster for bagels and toast
