Last I heard, the SCOTUS is supposed to issue a ruling on immunity for Trump sometime in June. This from a case that was heard months ago.

Last I heard, the SCOTUS is supposed to issue a ruling on immunity for Trump sometime in June.

That would have nothing to do with this case. Trump was not President when the alleged crime occurred.
