And we "know" this how? Do we have proof that his "family members" filled out absentee ballots?

A man can claim anything, but once those envelopes go into the pot, there is no way to prove they were "family members."

Yeah, if I was a corrupt man filing fake ballots, I too would claim I was doing it for "family members."
