It’s not enough to win on appeal or get not guilties.
Trump needs to counter sue the state and sue DAs and judges personally, for deprivation of rights under color of law.
Otherwise this crap will never stop.
Justice in the US means punishing wrong doing that’s made itself apparent.
So this would not even be “bringing a gun to a gun fight”.
Bringing a gun to a gun fight would be doing exactly what they are doing - throw out false accusations as an excuse to prosecute, using the process as punishment.
