Surely that novel legal theory has a statutes number. Oh and my cursory knowledge of science a theory and law are two different things. Our judicial system is based on law not theory.

As Democrats repeat “nobody is above the law not even a president” and argue in court that there is not and should not be any form of presidential immunity let us take them at their word and revisit a little not ancient US history.

Back during the war in terror Barack Obama authorized drone strikes that killed four US citizens. One was Abdulrahman Anwar al-Awlaki a 16 year old boy born in Denver, who sad for him was the son of Anwar al-Awlaki who was the actual target of the attack. Anwar al-Awlaki was an Islamic cleric born in New Mexico. The government believes he plotted with and aided Nidal Hassan the Fort Hood shooter who killed 13 and wounded 30 during the Fort Hood. Killed along with Anwar al-Awlaki was another US citizen Samir Khan who lived in North Carolina. The then Atty General and perfidious scum bag Eric Holder wrote to congress concerning the incident the following.

“Since 2009, the United States, in the conduct of U.S. counterterrorism operations against al-Qa’ida and its associated forces outside of areas of active hostilities, has specifically targeted and killed one U.S. citizen, Anwar al-Aulaqi. The United States is further aware of three other U.S. citizens who have been killed in such U.S. counterterrorism operations over that same time period: Samir Khan, ‘Abd al-Rahman Anwar al-Aulaqi, and Jude Kenan Mohammed. These individuals were not specifically targeted by the United States.”

We do not have to speculate if these were homicides, deliberate, authorized by a president, or that they were extra-judicial. It has already been admitted. The question to ask is Obama above the law? Can New Mexico, North Carolina, and Colorado DAs bring murder charges? There is no statute of limitations on murder. Do Democrats really believe their “no man is above the law bullshit”? You can bet they do not.

Here is the notoriously left wing fact ckecker PolitiFact’s take on Obama’s lawlessness.
