Nope, it was a chocolate covered caramel, a nurse I worked with gave it to me. I thought it had a nuts in it and swallowed it. It was actually my crown. I retrieved it later, no actually I just made up the last part. I am gnarly but not that gnarly.

I think about that sometimes when I eat something really thick and sticky. Like caramel. Maybe I will forgo them, melt them first.
