It’s OK to question Trump or any politician or perspective politician. After all, you’re deciding whether to give him great power over you. You should question him and make your own decisions.

That’s what FR is for. It is a debate forum for those who can discuss and debate in good faith. That’s the way we learn.

I’ve learned a lot in my 20+ years with FR. Seems like lately it’s hard to find people who in good faith can argue the reasons for their viewpoint and still listen to the other side. Again, that’s one way to learn and grow.

Agreed!

No need to get at anyone’s throat. I don’t get annoyed on other sites because someone may like another person. Discussing the pros and cons of all of them is what we’re supposed to do, I think lol. Everyone is voicing their opinion and if we want to give an opposing one, that’s fine.

I don’t understand the thinking I sometimes see that seems to suggest we’re not supposed to discuss the VP pick. That’s weird. Of course we know that it’s not our choice and President Trump will make the pic, but I don’t see how that means we can’t discuss it. Heck, I’m very interested in various opinions, and I’m not even American.

Having said that, Go Trump! Go Vivek!
