I used a cast iron skillet to pan fry some salmon fillets for Sunday dinner for me and my housemate. Steamed some rice and some mixed veggies. A bit of white wine for me. (My housemate is taking antibiotics due to her dental implants, so she can't imbibe.)
I only cook on Sundays because when I cooked daily, we both gained a lot of weight.
Some bon-bons for dessert capped off a Sunday meal.
