Here’s another one we should win!
The “Lavender” Mafia strikes again!
This family does not fit the criteria for adoption
because of their Catholic Faith.
(Mass-Holes again!)
grrrrrrrrrr!
Lolo hilarious. The Bee:
Sissy!!!!!
*DANCING AROUND THE ROOM*
*YIPPEE!!!!!
I’m doing SO much better after the “nerve burn!*
I know this doesn’t make much sense unless you
are a chronic pain sufferer, but I was almost
afraid to say so!
Like if I did, I might jinx it!
*tapping tiny foot*
Never mind ME, tell me about YOU!
Are you back at the Hotel?
How are you feeling?
Biggest question of all...Are YOU behaving??
SO good to hear from you!!!!
LOVE you!!!
*evil grin*
Look at them watching cat TV, how precious.
New development here, we had no water all day. There is a pipe that broke on our side of the meter, of course. Poor hubby has been running to town to buy stuff and then trying to fix the pipe and then repeat, 2 more times. Of course I’m doing my best to help by complaining that I need water, got to keep up his motivation you know.
Judy, I’ll Need an interpreter on the island.. i’m trying to watch upstairs downstairs, but I can’t understand a thing they are saying. I’m not very good with accents other than thinking they are cute.
Never apologize! Your posts are wonderful, very informative and entertaining.
That’s how I felt when our Internet was out. It did give me in the habit of reading books and I’m trying to keep it up.
Today we have no water, so God is telling me not to do laundry or give the dog a bath. LOL. Or dishes. Actually, the list of things that I don’t have to do is endless! I should just enjoy.
Lol what is Upstairs Downstairs? Sounds British. Is that the problem lol? Can you turn down the audio speed? Sometimes that helps.
I’m listening to President Trump, and he sounds like he has denture issues (I don’t even know if he wears dentures) but some of his words with “s” are sloppy sounding. I’ve never heard that before. Mike Lindell has the same issue. Weird.
G7 now G6, lol! I don’t know how they keep coming up with such great ones. I would love to be there, just to listen to their brainstorming
the same people who blindly followed the feds advice on taking vaccines and shutting down the country are going to ignore a draft ?
You must be feeling better to be posting! I’m very glad to see that.
So how are you feeling? It’s only been a couple weeks right, so still be very careful.
I didn’t realize it was that long ago, from the 70s. Seems like just yesterday. LOL
You are very welcome, Dolly!
She also has a road named after her,
I believe it is in Minot, Maine.
https://freerepublic.com/perl/post?id=4241401,1580
I grew up in Auburn, Maine.
My very FIRST love, was from Mechanic Falls.
a little Town that borders Minot
His name was Adrian. He was cute!
My Dad bought us a home in Lewiston, and that is where I
came to maturity, got married, etc.
Anyhow, I cannot find a history of when that road was named after Annie.
There were some real estate listed, but I do not want the realtors to think I am interested in a home that’s listed.
More importantly, if there are people still living in a listed house, I don’t want to disrupt their privacy!
This behaving isn’t any fun at all!
*evil grin*
Upstairs Downstairs in the 1970s was a British show similar to Downton Abbey but based in London. There was a sequel in the early 2000s, I think, set in the same town house but a family of a different era. The first was set between the Edwardian era and the stock market crash, while the second was around WWII.
I did not see it at all. It sounds good - I did watch Downton Abbey for awhile, but some of the drama got a little much for me, especially Mr. & Mrs. Bates. I loved, loved, loved the scenery.
I know, overdo it one day and the next day I pay for it. Thanks!
Im only behavin because I can’t do much else right now!
Yes I’m back at hotel, sure miss my sidekick Proby but I doubt he misses me as much, lol.
Glad you’re doing good!
No water! Impressed Mr CB is fixing it. You mentioned he was very handy. You possibly give pup a bath in pool?
Good ones
Water fixed yet?
Here is something I think you will enjoy:
The legend of Molly Ockett
https://www.bethelhistorical.org/catalog/exhibits/show/mollyockett/faces_of_mollyockett
There is very much more to her story than the kindly Abenaki Indian story told here.
It is said, that you can only find her grave stone (if you are on foot, not looking it up!) if SHE wants you to!
With the help of a friend, I found the cemetery.
She did not accompany me, as she said “You can only find her headstone if Molly Ockett wants you to.’
‘You have to go alone”
I have been to that cemetery, and I looked for her, for hours!
Round about dusk, with the sun setting low, I found her!
It was ....at once peaceful and empowering.
I left some sweet grass and a sage bundle there for her.
and prayers, too.
On the way home, and in the evening AT home..all I could do was smile. When asked why, all I could say, was it had been a great day. A very great day...
Ms.
