I used to be a real night owl and had stretches of insomnia for 30 years or so. Now, my stamina and resiliency are greatly diminished and it takes me a few days to bounce back.
Hoping to be more alert for tomorrow’s barbershop round table, the debate Thursday night and the big VA rally Friday afternoon.

I fell asleep during the Grenell interview. Not because it was boring … just so sleepy, today. I got up before sunrise, this morning.
