The problem with just glibly replacing Thomas with a MAGA Justice (Whatever that means!) is that Thomas actually understands what needs to be done to restore Constitutional government. He has mentioned and strongly hinted that he would like to revisit many if not all of the past New Deal and Progressive era decisions. He’s the only one that I can see that has the intellectual understanding of the damage those decisions have done and the need for those decisions to be undone. Someone who just checks popular MAGA boxes is not enough!

I pray that Clarence Thomas & Samuel Alito could both serve another decade, but Justice Thomas turns 76 next month and Justice Alito recently turned 74.
Here’s🙏that both continue to serve on the High Bench for many many more years.
