Although it would be admirable to hold those feet to the fire, in reality, to fight fire with fire, the red side would have to change existing law held for decades to allow the trapping and prosecution of one individual, on trumped up charges, for non existant crimes, with stacked jury, crooked judge, and a bribed prosecuter.
