Not likley any time soon. Needs to go thru the state appeal system. Could take years.
Being a state case, it will first have to be appealed in NY to the appellate court, then the court of appeals. As long as Trump is allowed access to the appeals process, SCOTUS is unlikely to allow an emergency appeal, especially since New York appeals go to Sotomayor. Now, if they jail Trump while he pursues appeal, that would interfere with the election, and might allow SCOTUS to intervene, at least as far as forcing NY to free Trump pending appeal. My guess is the allow Trump bail pending appeal. Then by the time the appeal reaches SCOTUS, the election is over.
