I was watching TV for the OJ jury’s results.
And I was watching when they burned the Branch Davidians.
I had just turned TV on and David Muir was at Guilty - Red on number 14 or so. Then quickly to 34.
I am glad I have seen these events, at the time. Not glad for any of the results, this one the worst. They are all burned deeply in my memory, I have seen it 1st hand.
Yep. I just saw Jessie Watters share his response to this and it was the exact same as mine. Not anger, but a weird sort of peace. i.e. now we know who everybody is. It’s all laid out in front of God and everybody. No hidden bogieman. And the higher courts get to do what they do - shut down lunacy. And they almost certainly will. I’d bet real money on it. They can’t afford not to. Think of the nonsense at the 2000 election. The SCOTUS finally ended it. Basically they said, “Kids, knock it off.” We had and have a winner. Enough of this “hanging chad” BS.
The same thing will happen here. The SCOTUS, unlike this judge, has a reputation to uphold for history and the strength of the nation.
