As opposed to likely voters in the past has not been as reliable but with the voting mess these days who knows. Some states have early voting even weeks out, mail-in voting/drop boxes and all kinds of corrupt systems. Trump needs a huge margin to beat all the fraud and he just might get it.
Part of the cheat plan is to ensure registered voters actually cast a vote ... whether they know it or not.
