That one was interesting, but long (5 weeks)—involved an HOA in Rancho Santa Fe ($$$$ CA) suing a developer because the housing development retaining walls that had been built were cracking due to sprinkler water damage. I learned enough about concrete and rebar to build my own retaining wall. :) Thinking back, we either found for the plaintiff, or a deal was reached (it was a while ago). It was a good experience. I’ve been on two others, both criminal, which were also interesting, and yes, I would say I liked it.
