Which is why there is so much diabetes. Government recommendations regarding which carbs to eat and how much is another thing people should ignore. Actually, at this point, you can pretty much ignore all government recommendations.
I agree. Get a good book on diet and you’re ahead of the game.
I tell liberals to buy about $300 worth of books on diet and nutrition and exercise and healthful living and you have the healthcare you need.
Basically, do opposite of what the government recommends.
I can't think of a thing they tell us or advise us to do that's good for us. They're hell bent on destroying us and this country.
