I ask again, does a bent judge with an agenda, have the ability to kick a holdout hjuror off the jury during deliberations, and replace them with an alternate until there aren’t any holdouts remaining? Serious as a heart attack question here. Especially if the bent judge doesn’t care about being overturned on appeal?
