If Trump does somehow walk you will ABSOLUTELY know who.....I wouldn’t doubt that warning has already been conveyed to the jury......after all, there was plenty of time for that considering they weren’t sequestered......and I guarantee you THAT decision wasn’t incidental.
No, I agree if it is a hung jury, we will know who the “hanger” is. What I said was if there is a juror who would hang the jury, but is pressured to find for guilt, then we probably won’t know who that was and we won’t know what threat they had to endure, to get them to change their vote.
