What if the jury comes with not guilty and the Judge sets aside the verdict to find him guilty anyway?

Under principles of criminal law, a judge can set aside a guilty verdict as not being supported by the evidence but he cannot set aside a not guilty verdict even if he thinks the evidence established guilt
