As a litigator for 39 years, I can’t believe that either lawyer would lend his name to a verdict arising from such an utter travesty of the trial system. My hope is that they both are saying to themselves, “Did this judge even go to law school” and will pour him out.
Which lawyer—the Prosecutor(s)? How will/can the pour him out? Whatever it is, I hope it happens.
