We have not really seen what a modern China is capable of from a military standpoint. They won't be as easily conquered by Islam the way the West has given in.

In addition to the blocs you mentioned, I expect some element of a patriotic American force to be around. This nation still has some brave warriors. They keep a low profile, for obvious reasons.

We'll become part of the Latin America bloc. Spanish Machismo will make the transition seamless and this country will become known as Estados Unidos.
