She’s something special! GOD raised Judge Cannon up for a time such as this.
If I were the judge I’d hold an evidentiary hearing on July 3rd for sanctions against Smith and all other attorneys who took part in this fraudulent, bad-faith motion that was made in violation of my direct orders in addition to the law.
Then, I’d hold them all in contempt, give them a fine and six-month prison sentence, and throw them all in jail for the four-day weekend with a bail hearing set for the following Monday.
I bet the sentence would stand up to scrutiny under appeal also, and these attorneys would be effectively out of a job through the election.
Then, and only then, would I dismiss the case they brought against Trump.
I think you want the jury seated first. That way double-jeopardy kicks in and the dem-commies can’t bring another case for the same ‘crimes’.
