If you have foreigners in a country. For whatever reason, Tourist, student, business assignement, etc.
If they cause trouble of any sort. Why is it the host nation is just supposed to let them do it and do nothing?
It seems the common sense thing to do is that if a foreigner comits any sort of crime, violation, disturbance, nuissance, etc. Then punish them or deport them.
