I’m gonna laugh my arse off when the “hand-picked” jury finds Trump NOT GUILTY.
What should happen. My take on the outcome:
1. Find Trump not guilty. Say they have reasonable doubt. Do this after a week of “deliberations.” This would be good for Trump and end the whole mess for Democrats. Best choice.
2. Hung Jury with one or two people finding him not guilt—in this way it would toss the mess into the judge’s hands if he wants a re-trial. He can use this as a way to tie up Trump for more time. Not a good choice as it keeps the weak case before the public.
3. Guilty of lesser charges, with only a small fine. No jail time and they can brand him a felon—to get independent voters and can label him a criminal BUT this might give Trump the Black/Latino vote.
4. Guilty on all counts and jail time. Turns him into a Political prisoner and a hero. This would be seen as a strictly political move. and gain Trump the election.
5. Full Conviction but, Biden pardons him for all crimes.This would be showing the human side of Joe and make Trump beholden to him before the debates. (Not going to happen).
