Why should the Governor worry about abiding by laws? The Democrats sure don’t.
Modern heads of the executive department in American government don't worry about executing laws, let alone abbiding by them. They just issue executive orders. In this case, the RINO gov just ordered the legislature back into session to aid the Rats like this happens every day. It's what RINOs do every day.
