He knows he will be reversed on appeal on this but so will he be reversed on the ton of reversible error he already made to get the biased jury to where they want to be, i.e., to convict Trump of a felony before the election. He wants to turn this over to the DNC cooperative media to ply the convicted felon narrative until election day.
