“We’ve got some tribal leaders that I believe are personally benefiting from the cartels being there, and that’s why they attack me every day,”
If you are going to make that kind of charge, "I believe" isn't going to cut it. You'd better have some proof to back that charge up.

In the span of a few weeks, she’s gone from potential VP to a lame duck.

She’s banned from Indian reservations?
If she has evidence of drug crimes she should show us.
To: mbrfl
To the extent she supports Thune, Rounds, and/or Johnson, she needs to be taken to the woodshed.
My dog would piss upon her.
Toasted she is.

“Only on the reservations.”
Most of those on the rez’es support the Br0nc0-Bama dog eater.
Dogs in SD have a tough life going forward.

Plenty of ballot cheating on the SD reservations.
Screw the reservations when it comes to the graft of pipelines passing nearby.
They are too greedy.
Sow, Reap. [It has always been thus.]

Your reservation about Noem’s comment is correct, IMO. ;-)
Much better would be to investigate quietly until you are sure you have the goods on the perps and can issue arrest warrants.

If she’s smart, she’ll pull a Gruesome Newsom and ban all state employees from all travel on hostile injun reservations.

Tough, having a governor who speaks the truth and doesn’t run from critics.
