Don't hurt yourself doing that, because you'd have to twist yourself every which way to try to justify things. We all know the RATS change the rules to suit their needs at a given time. When the rule they just changed comes back to bite one of their on the ass, they cry that the rule is unfair, and want to change it again. They do the same with laws, especially when they have the majority on the City and State level.
