That is a fact... And it is because of the “IQ caps” for hire on. A Sargent or Supervisor doesn’t want any competition from someone who might actually be more intelligent than him. Same with Chief and Mayor... so the IQ cap is a real thing. They don’t hire pilots from the Airforce or Navy who have some intelligence, They hire gunloaders, truck drivers, and fire fighters from the service...
Fact... Met a BUNCH of them and they are the majority... Intelligent MOS hires are rare and in between.
