I have read that when the slaves in Haiti revolted against the French they made a pact with the devil for it’s success.
That pact is still in force with voodoo. I recall missionaries there telling me of some things that happened.
During the Haitian revolt, they killed every white person in Haiti.
Men, women, and children.
They have been damned ever since.
