Russian colonists living in other countries are an existential threat to those countries. Just ask Ukraine, Georgia, and Moldova about that.

What’s interesting is when I was growing up we had a lot of expatriate Russians at my high school and in the neighborhood. Good hardworking people and every last one of them I knew was immensely proud of being American citizens.
Maybe not so much the kids, but the parents who had come over from Russia.
The Russians who moved to Latvia to become Latvians are likewise doing just fine.
It’s the Russians who go to a country to try to “Russify” it who are the problem. They’re no different than the Muslims who colonize other countries as opposed to integrating into them.
They can take their love of Putin and go back to Russia. Any country fool enough to let them establish a beachhead deserves what happens next.
Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, Poland, Finland...they’re not fools when it comes to dealing with toxic Russians.

No, she's espousing deporting people who hate the nations they've moved in on. As WE should do with moslems, for example. Doing anything else is national suicide, especially around Russia and Russians.
