Orban is not simply saying that Hungary doesn't want to help Ukraine, as AP's headline suggests. He is going much further than that. He is saying that a major war between NATO and Russia is coming (which, naturally, Hungary doesn't want a part of) and that we're being conditioned to expect this, right now, by folks like AP.
