For those that follow the Balkans due to having a long history there, we can safely state that the Serbs have been ISOLATED from the Muslims/Croats since the end of the civil war there. In fact, the kids all go to the same schools, but the schools are literally DIVIDED by walls and fences to keep the Serbs apart from the others (as in same building, but concrete partitions down the middle, and fences outside), so all this plan will do is formalize the division.
I saw a documentary where they also divide the school between the Muslims and the Croats, so it’s not just the Serbs.
