If America split up it would be the end of American power, military and financial. The first thing A1 and A2 would do is fortify their borders. then, we’d probably fight a war. We did this once before, remember the Civil War? Well, it would be that all over again.
America is the reactor rod that stops the world from exploding. End American dominance and the entire civilized world would collapse in under a hundred years.
I seem to recall the world trucking along before America came around.
The world will stop trading with each other. Each country will be ruled by somebody like Putin. It'll be more like Medieval Europe but with nukes.

I think all of those things will happen if we sit back and do nothing. We need to face reality. America as we know it is over. Half the country hates America and are working very hard to destroy it. How can we possibly hope to keep America going with them as citizens?
I actually see splitting the country as the only possible way of preserving America now. We would become a destination country for all freedom loving people everywhere, especially all over Europe where they are experiencing precisely the same problems.
The left would go for it too. They believe themselves to be intellectually and economically superior. In their eyes we are just holding them back. I think many of them would welcome the move.

The "civilized' world has already collapsed and is "civilized" no longer......thanks, in large part, to America.
Russia is a holdout and won't go quietly.
