I am no Blinken fan. Often, he appears very strange and not up to his job.
I call him “Short Pants” Blinken, banging his sippy cup on the kiddie table of international diplomacy to get attention, while the adults talk about real geopolitics.
Blinken is a career staffer who has no executive presence and no idea how the world has changed. He seems to think the US can just throw its weight around like it was still 1949 or some such bygone era. So just how are he and Graham going to “punish” the ICC when 1)we don’t recognize them and 2) they don’t care what we think.
