He lied about the fact that the problem was an immigration problem. When Bush had an incredibly high approval rating after 9/11, instead of identifying and FIXING the problem, he took away our rights, increased the size and power of government, wasted our money and killed our soldiers.
He did all of this to us so that he could keep the dream of multicultural globalism alive.
There you’re right. It was also an intelligence failure, because there was a firewall between locally-gathered and internationally gathered intelligence. So the FBI and CIA couldn’t share information. That was a Clinton-created mess. But a hundred percent Bush was an a@@-hole when it came to immigration. It got worse under Obama, got better under Trump, and now it’s infinitely worse to the eleventy-eth power.
