If NATO weapons rain down upon Russia, irrespective of their site of launch, aren't NATO and Russia officially at war at that point? I say "officially" because NATO and Russia are at war now but it's a proxy war, at present; Ukraine is NATO's proxy. If a NATO vs Russia conflict isn't WWIII, what would constitute WWIII? Is the use of nuclear weapons obligatory before it can be called a World War?
NATO includes the US. If US weapons are shot at Russia, Putin will return the favor. There is zero doubt about that.
Further US meddling in Ukraine will result in them ceasing to be a Nation, as it should.
Ukraine had many chances to negotiate a settlement, most notably when one was achieved and Boris Johnson flew in and torpedoed it….proving the West can NOT be trusted, ever.

Much talked about on foreign news channel editorials…many agree a smaller very low yield tactical nuke will end this war decisively….interesting is the “ depth “ of the planning….just rumors of course, but a possibility if the crazed West starts striking targets inside Russia.

Why? Putin has been lobbing rockets, missiles, artillary and bombs from Russian territory to inside Urkaine territory for two years. Why, after two years should Ukraine NOT be responding in kind?? The “escalation” has alrready occurred, by Putin.
Ukraine can do what it wants, but there is no way for them to win this thing unless some other countries are willing to supply troops. Ukraine just doesn’t have enough military age men left in country. At this time I don’t believe the Russian people fully support the war. If the Ukrainians ramp up attacks against targets inside of Russia using US supplied long range missiles, you will see the Russian people unify behind Putin.

And it is my opinion that attacks on the motherland tend to unify and rally the people against the attacker, and there are many examples in history, 9/11, Pearl Harbor are two such American examples where an attack on the US unified a divided population in response.
